An Interview with DAWN's Gigi Francisco - Part 2

An Interview with DAWN's Gigi Francisco - Part 1

In the first part of my interview with Gigi Francisco, Global Coordinator for Development Alternatives with Women for a New Era (DAWN), she speaks on the move of DAWN to the Philippines. She then traces the journey of the formation of the Women's Working Group on Financing for Development while sharing some thoughts on the Monterrey Consensus, the Aid Effectiveness Architecture and the Financing for Development Framework.
