Jackie Ziegler

With CAPI from November, 2009 - February, 2010

Jackie Ziegler worked as a Research Associate with The WorldFish Center, in Los Banos, Philippines. This internship was part of CAPI's 2009-10 Students for Development Program, funded by the Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).

Jackie is a third-year Masters of Geography student at UVic and received her Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Guelph.  Her interest in marine conservation and sustainable marine resource management led her to her research in assessing the sustainability of whale shark tourism on Isla Holbox, Mexico.
